Akshay Kumar Daughter Age, His Powerful Message to Parents

Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar made a heartfelt revelation at the launch of Cyber Awareness Month 2025 in Mumbai, highlighting the urgent need for parents to monitor their children’s online activities. Speaking at the Director General of Police office, the actor shared a deeply personal incident involving his 13-year-old daughter, Nitara, who was approached by a stranger while playing an online video game.

The event, attended by Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis and senior police officials, was designed to raise awareness about the growing threat of cybercrime. However, it was Akshay’s emotional story that left a lasting impact, bringing to light how easily children can fall prey to online predators.

Akshay recalled how Nitara was initially approached through friendly in-game messages. “The person started with polite messages like ‘thank you,’ ‘well played,’ and ‘fantastic,’” the actor said. “It seemed harmless at first. But when he realized she was female, his tone changed.”

The conversation soon took a dark turn. The stranger made an explicit demand, asking for inappropriate photos. Thankfully, Nitara acted wisely — she immediately shut down the game and informed her mother. “That was the best part,” Akshay added with relief. “She didn’t hide it. She told us everything.”

Akshay’s Message to Parents: “Be Their Safe Space”

Akshay Kumar emphasized that this incident was not isolated, but part of a worrying trend where online predators manipulate trust before attempting exploitation. He urged parents to maintain open communication with their children and to educate them about the dangers of sharing personal information online.

“This is a wake-up call,” he said. “Don’t assume your child is safe just because they’re at home. Online predators are everywhere — they find ways to connect, to exploit, and to harm. The only solution is awareness, trust, and vigilance.”

Cyber Awareness Month 2025: A Step Toward Safer Digital Spaces

Under the leadership of CM Devendra Fadnavis, the Cyber Awareness Month campaign aims to educate schools, parents, and young users about digital safety. From workshops to awareness drives, the initiative focuses on responsible online behavior, recognizing cyber threats, and knowing when to report suspicious activity.

Akshay Kumar’s Upcoming Films

Despite the emotional subject, Akshay remains professionally active. He was last seen in Jolly LLB 3, which earned over ₹135.5 crore globally. His upcoming projects include Bhooth Bangal, directed by Priyadarshan, releasing on April 2, 2026, and Haiwaan, co-starring Saif Ali Khan, currently in production.
